We use premium quality mustard seeds, wine vinegar, rosemary, white pepper, and coriander as a gourmet approach to flavoring. Rosemary and coriander are less common in standard mustard but gives us a distinctive taste profile. We make thicker, coarser, more textured consistency mustard due to no water dilution. It ends in mild and intense complex taste where the sharpness of mustard is balanced by the aromatic herbs, creating layers of flavor.

Health Benefits Extraction
High in antioxidants and Vitamin B9 sauce contains 75% pomegranate. Processed by avoiding squeezing, which would release excess tannin, and focusing on the membrane and puree for a balanced flavor by using centrifugal mechanical separation. It helps to extract vitamins, particularly Vitamin B9 (Folate), known for its anti-aging properties.
