PRODUCTION

900 m² production facility in a 10 km² land.

WAREHOUSE

One 1000 m² warehouse with a 140 m³ cold room, suitable for storing perishable goods efficiently.

Another warehouse of 1600 m², providing ample storage space for raw materials or finished products.

FARM

An 800 km² farm dedicated to growing fruits for juice and syrup production allows for quality control and sustainability in sourcing materials.

ENERGY

20 kW solar installation on the production facility roof covers all our energy needs, with a profitable arrangement of selling electricity at a high rate and buying at a lower one. This strategy not only ensures energy self-sufficiency but also generates revenue.

200 kW solar farm on trackers 5 km away further capitalizes on this model, focusing only on selling electricity.

Workforce

14 all season employees in Food sector with additional 13 for total of 27 when season starts.

13 employees in Wholesale sector.

SERVICES

Aside of our production in Food and Beverages with our brand we offer also private label production for clients.

Additionally to support our partners and clients we have a Trade company with wholesale in HORECA for 3000 products. 95% from import but other is in our own production of best quality packing materials and similar products like straws, napkins, carton caps for coffee and pet caps for beer, slush and coffee.

We also does branding for our customers with small MOQ enhancing customer loyalty and market adaptability.

Energy Management

  • Solar Power: Utilizing 20 kW solar panels on main facility and 200 kW on trackers off-site showcases our strong commitment to renewable energy. All our electric energy needed we have sourced from this panels.
  • Thermal Energy: We use natural gas for thermal heating, steam and compressed air for production since all our machinery are working on those sources.

In close future:

  • Biogas Production: Producing natural gas from bio-garbage is our next step. This will reduce reliance on external gas supplies, further lowering our  carbon footprint.

Water Waste Management

All the water waste from our production and usage in facilities we gather in a tanks and treat it biologically with yeasts and molds.

We implement monitoring systems for wastewater treatment efficiency to ensure consistent quality of produced water suitable for our interrogation of our farms. 

All other solid that remains we use as a fertilizer.

In close future:

  • Water Recycling: We consider closed-loop systems where treated water can be reused within the production process, significantly reducing water use.

Recycling

We fully segregate all the waste of Paper, Plastic, Metal and have a contracts with recycling firms as a good practice for reducing landfill waste.
